Assessment
Quick test to figure out where you're starting from. Not to judge you, just to place you with students at a similar level.
Live sessions
Two 90-minute sessions per week. Instructor teaches, students ask questions, everyone works through problems together.
Practice work
Assignments that force you to apply what you learned. Instructors review and give specific feedback on what needs work.
Final project
Build something real. Portfolio piece you can show employers or clients. Proof you actually learned the material.

We've been refining our approach since 2014. Tried a lot of things that didn't work. Kept the things that did. Here's what survived.
Learn by building
Theory is fine, but you don't really understand something until you've used it. Every lesson includes practical work that forces you to apply concepts immediately.
Real feedback
Instructors review your work and tell you specifically what needs improvement. Not automated grading, not generic comments, actual detailed feedback from someone who knows the field.
Peer learning
Small group sizes mean you'll get to know other students. They'll catch mistakes you miss, explain things from different angles, and keep you accountable when motivation drops.
